Steering Committee members, Primary Site Investigator and Site Coordinator, one each per site.  One night Master Billed (room charges will be paid directly by the study) at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass to attend the AIDP in person meeting.

AT-HOME PD

Steering Committee members, Primary Site Investigator and Site Coordinator, one each per site.

  • One night Master Billed at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass to attend the AT-HomePD in person meeting.
  • Basic economy airfare; no upgrades
  • Ground transportation to/from airport/hotel
  • Incidentals while traveling at the following amounts
    (Threshold amounts noted include food, beverage and gratuity):
    • Breakfast and/or Lunch – Combination not to exceed $25/person per day
    • Dinner- $100/person
    • (Threshold amounts noted include food, beverage and gratuity.)

SURE-PD3

Steering Committee members, central staff and site staff (investigators and site coordinators) who are pursuing secondary analyses and publications with SURE-PD3 data. SURE-PD3 contributors who have not yet initiated secondary analyses may still be eligible for funding to attend if they submit a new analysis plan by May 1 to Katherine Callahan (kfcallahan@mgh.harvard.edu) depending on funding availability. Interested SURE-PD3 staff are encouraged to submit proposed analyses early. Inquiries welcome. TWO nights Master Billed at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass to attend the SURE-PD3 in person meeting.

SPARX3

Steering Committee Members and up to three study team members (site Investigators, neurologists, coordinators, interventionists).

  • Three nights lodging, master billed at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass to attend the SPARX3 in person meeting
  • Basic economy airfare up to $600 per person; no upgrades
  • Ground transportation to/from airport/hotel
  • Incidentals while traveling will be reimbursed. Please follow your local institution’s per diem guidelines.

PAIR Advocacy Workshop

PAIR Advocacy meeting facilitators/speakers will receive funding which includes the following:

Chosen Abstract and Poster Presenters

All accepted platform and poster presentation awardees will be granted a 1-night hotel stay at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass. No travel expenses are included in this award. Awardees will be notified by Monday, March 14, via email.

PSG Coordinators

PSG Coordinators will be offered two (2) nights hotel coverage if you are attending Saturday’s Coordinators PD Workshop – The Future of Clinical Research (registration is required for this workshop).

Rooms will be master billed for room and tax, at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass.

Please work with your institution to secure your own travel expenses

PSG Jr. Investigators

Applications are now open for the PSG NINDS funded travel grant. Awardees will be notified of their acceptance no later than Monday, March 14 via email. The award includes 3 nights hotel stay at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass, airfare up to $600 domestic and/or $1,000 international, and $100 for travel expenses such as parking and transportation to/from the airport.
