Yes, multiple authors are permitted for abstract submissions. The address/institution listed on the application should be that of the primary author.

No. Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, we are only allowing one presenter to be present for each poster.

Yes, all meeting attendees (regardless of their purpose at the meeting) must register.

Yes. All attendees must book their own hotel rooms. You will be asked to give a credit card for incidentals. The PSG will then cross reference the hotel registered guest list with our funding list to ensure that your room is master billed accordingly.

All travel reimbursements will be completed after the annual meeting. Attendees must provide their receipts for their flights/travel accommodations. The PSG will ensure that you were checked-in for the corresponding session that your funding came from and then you will be issued a reimbursement.

If you are not a member, you may email the Chair of the group directly to obtain their permission to attend prior to the meeting.

The roundtable is open for all to attend. If you are interested in becoming a panelist, you must fill out an application by no later than April 1, 2022.

All studies that have funding will be listed under our FUNDING tab on our meeting webpage. Funding is also listed for speakers, PSG Committees and Working Groups, junior investigators that are award the NIH Travel Award, coordinators, & abstract/poster presenters.

The PSG is doing their best to provide a safe and healthy environment for all meeting attendees. We will monitor COVID data as we get closer to the meeting and make any necessary changes, which will be updated on our meet webpage. At this time we do not intend to provide a hybrid option.

The deadline for meeting registration is April 25, 2022

All submissions/applications will be reviewed the week of March 7th. The PSG will send out a notification of the status by Monday, March 14th.

All applications must be submitted by March 2nd. These deadlines ensure that there is ample time for the printer to produce all necessary meeting materials with proper logos.

Medical Device companies may exhibit for a fee of $5,000. For Pharmaceutical companies, exhibition is included with the minimum sponsorship of $10,000. Sponsors are NOT required to exhibit, but they are given the option.

All meals and breaks that are provided are listed on the Meeting Agenda. Breakfast and lunch are offered most days, including light snacks and beverages during breaks. There are multiple dining options available at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass should you need anything else (which would be at the attendee’s expense).
