Family-friendly welcome reception (Thursday, November 30)

• An opportunity to meet other families at the conference

Support for nursing mothers

• Providing a mini refrigerator in-room for milk storage
• Arranging for a private room on the conference floor to pump or nurse upon request

Complimentary childcare for children of conference atttendees through a local agency (Jovie):

• Friday, December 1, 2023 (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
• Saturday, December 2, 2023 (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
• Attendees must register below to reserve their childcare spots by Monday, November 6.
  • Registration is required in order to ensure the proper caregiver to child ratio is maintained
  • Additional private in-room childcare is available at a cost to the conference attendee and may also be reserved by completing the below form.
