Electronic submission for Regular Abstracts and Late Breaking Research Abstracts is required and should be sent to abstract@ctcc.rochester.edu.

The Parkinson Study Group (PSG), Huntington Study Group (HSG), Dystonia Study Group (DSG), Myoclonus Study Group (MSG), Tourette Syndrome Study Group (TSSG), Cooperative Ataxia Group (CAG), Tremor Research Group (TRG) and the Movement Disorder Society (MDS) will organize the 20th Annual Symposia on Etiology, Pathogenesis, and Treatment of Parkinson’s Disease and Other Movement Disorders on Sunday, October 8, 2006, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, Chicago, Illinois, immediately preceding the meeting of the American Neurological Association. This peer-reviewed program will include both platform and poster presentations. Abstracts will be published in the September issue of Movement Disorders and must not have been published or presented prior to the Symposia. Authors will be asked to disclose relationships with funding sources and manufacturers of commercial products discussed in the presentation. Authors need not be associated with the MDS or the study groups. There is no registration fee for attending the Symposia.

Late Breaking Research Abstracts
Authors whose data from research analyses were not available until after the regular abstract deadline (Thursday, June 1, 2006) are invited to submit an abstract. In addition, the abstract should represent original work not previously published and should be of scientific or public interest. The Symposia Committees will accept a maximum of six qualified abstracts for poster presentation and two abstracts for platform presentation. Late breaking research abstracts must be submitted by Thursday, July 6, 2006 at 5:00 pm EDT.
